ProcureHQ Requirements

There are some requirements you will need to meet before you can use ProcureHQ:

Access Requirements

• You will need administrator access to your email account 
• You will need administrator access to your accounting software 

Email Processing Requirements

• To automatically process invoices you receive, you need an email account. This should be a dedicated email account where you are getting suppliers to send invoices. It is not advised to use a shared email account. The ProcureHQ platform supports Gmail, Outlook.com, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, IMAP 

Invoice Processing Requirements

• You will need administrator access to your email account 
• You will need administrator access to your accounting software 

Hardware Requirements

ProcureHQ is a cloud software and does not need to be installed on any local device or machine. For the best experience, please use a desktop computer with a high speed internet connection.
